Under 2 hours from Manchester and Newcastle upon Tyne and 3 hours from Birmingham, we’re perfectly located for a break! If you’re coming from the north, take the M6 motorway and exit at junction 38 for Tebay. If you’re coming from the south, exit at junction 37 for Sedbergh. From the Tebay or Sedbergh exit, follow the signs towards Ravenstonedale. You’ll be on the A685 road, which will take you all the way to the village.

After a few miles, you’ll see signs for Ravenstonedale. Turn off the A685 onto the B6259 road, following the signs towards Ravenstonedale. Follow the B6259 for about 3 miles until you reach the village. You’ll pass through a few small hamlets along the way, but keep following the signs for Ravenstonedale.

Overall, the journey from the M6 junction to Ravenstonedale should take around 10 minutes, depending on traffic and road conditions.
