The House

Elm Lodge has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi. Initial fuel for the wood burners is included, with the remainder available at cost. You’ll also have access to a travel cot and highchair, as well as a welcome pack to make you feel right at home.

Ground Floor

The ground floor boasts two spacious living rooms with wood burners, large windows that flood the area with natural light and great views, and a stunning dining room that’s perfect for hosting an amazing banquet. The large, well-equipped kitchen provides a social and communal hub for the house, and there’s even a games room with a full-size billiard table for entertainment. There’s also a conservatory, ideal for unwinding with a morning coffee and a utility room and pantry for added convenience.

Bedrooms

Elm Lodge offers eleven spacious bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and flexible sleeping arrangements that are perfect for large family get-togethers and special occasions. You’ll find luxurious beds, high-quality furnishings, lovely interior decor, and plenty of storage space in each room, along with views of the private 15-acre grounds and gardens.

Outside

Outside, Elm Lodge is equally impressive. You’ll find a large, lawned garden with a terrace, garden furniture, a charcoal BBQ and pizza oven, as well as a courtyard with a terrace and sitting-out area. The private 15-acre grounds feature mature gardens and woodland walks, and there are even two hot tubs for six people each that are perfect for easing your muscles after a day of adventure. Private parking for 12 cars is also available.

Ground Floor

The ground floor of the property includes various rooms and amenities. Upon entering, there is an entrance hall which features a cloakroom with a toilet and Victorian tiled floors. Additionally, there is a morning room which includes a Freeview Smart TV and a wood burner. Another room on the ground floor is the drawing room, which also features a Freeview Smart TV and wood burner. The dining room is wood panelled and includes a wine fridge. The kitchen/dining room is equipped with a breakfast bar, electric double oven range cooker, microwave, 2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher, and 2 coffee machines. There is also a utility room with a dishwasher, 2 washing machines, tumble dryer, and toilet. The pantry includes 2 toasters, while the conservatory provides a relaxing space. Finally, there is a games room with a full-size billiard table, as well as a separate toilet.

First Floor

The first floor of the property features various bedrooms and bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a kingsize four poster bed and an en-suite which includes a shower cubicle and toilet. Similarly, Bedroom 2 is also equipped with a kingsize bed and an en-suite that has a shower cubicle and toilet. Bedroom 3 features a kingsize four poster bed and a bath. Bedroom 4 includes 2 double beds while Bedroom 5 is furnished with a kingsize bed. Bedroom 6 contains twin beds. Additionally, Bedroom 7 features a kingsize bed and an en-suite with a shower cubicle and toilet. There are also three bathrooms on the first floor, including Bathroom 1 which has a bath, shower cubicle, and toilet. Bathroom 2 includes a shower cubicle and toilet, while Bathroom 3 features a bath and toilet. Finally, there is a separate toilet, designated as Separate toilet 2.

Second Floor

Moving up to the second floor, there are several more bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 8 contains twin beds, while Bedroom 9 is equipped with a kingsize bed and a bunk bed. Bedroom 10 features a double bed and an en-suite which includes a shower cubicle and toilet. Similarly, Bedroom 11 contains kingsize beds and an en-suite that has a bath and toilet. Finally, there is a bathroom on this floor, designated as Bathroom 3, which includes a bath, shower, and toilet.
